Safety Comes Before Everything

Leave the house with everyone, do not use switches or phones indoors, and call 911 or the gas utility once you are outside. After the utility has made things safe, our team can find and repair the damaged piping. We never ask residents to troubleshoot a suspected gas leak themselves.

Getting the Size Right
Each appliance has a demand rating, and the pipe must deliver enough gas over its full run to every appliance operating at the same time. Undersized piping shows up as weak burners, lazy flames or tankless heaters throwing error codes. We add up the total load, measure the distances and size the line before any pipe is installed.
Repairs to Existing Lines
Leaks can develop at old flexible connectors, threaded joints, valves and underground runs damaged by landscaping work. After the area is made safe, we locate the leak with testing equipment, replace the damaged section or fitting, and pressure test the entire system so you know the repair holds.
Propane Homes
Not every home or outbuilding is on natural gas. Where a property relies on a propane tank, we work from the regulator to each appliance, making sure piping, regulators and connectors are suited to propane rather than natural gas. Converting an appliance between the two fuels requires the correct conversion kit, and we check that as well.
